A new innovation in construction jobs

Vibrating nozzle for different tasks

The nozzle consists of a spring-steel stem (shank) with a socket "SDS+" (and professional version SDS-max), and flexible ball hinge with two-size compaction shovels; patented in EU, manufactured in Latvia (EU), patent valid from 13.03.2019, patent application No. D-19-19. This technology was supported by the University of Latvia "Efficient Collaboration Project" and the University`s Intellectual Capacity toward an industrial product. So we say thanks to the University of Latvia and the National Scientific Platform "FOTONIKA-LV".

The nozzle is designed for compacting freshly poured concrete at construction sites, or crushed stone, gravel, soil compacting for household or gardening (tens to hundreds of m2), as well as sunk paving slabs levelling without disassembling a whole cobblestone pavement. The nozzle is attached to an existing perforator machine (impact drill) of the buyer, whose impact energy has a significant relation on the compacting process. The nozzle provides a good compression quality and is more comfortable than a classic-type flexible tube-type tool or slab with an eccentric-motor tool because the nozzle allows access to narrow areas and necks that are very important in some objects (for example working in-between slabs into narrow cementing form). As well as, if necessary, it is able to concentrate the vibration field to a great depth and the instrument is lightweight. Nozzle allows not only to compact the fresh-cement and push the air bubbles out of it, but allows even slightly to move a larger fresh-cement masses.

It has been experimentally approved that our nozzle is also well suited for elaborating so called "Cold Asphalt" into pavement cup-holes at home yards. If the cold asphalt is not compacted enough, it breaks down in the first few months, but it can well serve for a decades if compacted well - that's why our nozzle is the perfect tool for this work. Here's an example of how cold asphalt sack may look (at right). Typical price for repair of holes at "professionals" cost average 200$ per hole, but with Cold Asphalt 2-4 sacks for 10$ per piece and 15 minutes Your work.

Need to add, that pavement demands a harder hit energy comparing with cement, thus for smaller jobs SDS+ with some 9-15 Joules are well suited, but for larger jobs in whole day long we recommend the SDS-max with some 30-50 Joules per beat. The 10 mm stem is made from two parts - the stem plus ball, thus at high energy and hard clapping it may disassemble. Yet 18 mm stem is made from one peace, therefore it cost twice as much as those smaller, and at least 50 Joules not damage it even in several month everyday job with the cobblestones.

A special advantage of our tip is the door or window perimeter-box pouring process with cement, because the classical vibrator for such work is too heavy and large, thus unusable. Especially well it works on upper slab, thus there are no need to buy this cement detail factory-made anymore. To produce it at object by pouring is cheaper, more accurate and far more strong.

Note please that circumcising the tamping shovel (by flex cutter), our nozzle becomes the perfect tool for compacting into the form of fresh-poured concrete. So it is suitable for building basement, concrete walls, small bridges, sharply altering the quality for state-of-art concrete works.

Picture at left: our nozzle at work (the perforator machine is NOT manufactured by us and does not fit in the sales package)

In the picture to the right: Unpacked and assembled vibrating head (nozzle)

In the picture below: the construction object is prepared for use of a vibrating shovel.

Unscrewing the large shovel reveals a small shovel designed for levelling the sunk or wavy Eco-pavement tiles. The Eco-tiles are a concrete-made small-sized thick tiles with certain form hole that allows to grow through the grass in many places. Usually the dissemble and assembly work of a Eco-pavement costs more than 50 € / m2, but with our technique to push the nozzle into grass-hole of slab, filling the stone chips or gravel or round stones and vibrating over, it takes a few minutes for the pavement levels up in some area. Because the volume may not go lost (see the video below) the hydraulics of soil makes an effect. In the future, the processed pavement may become much slower to sink than beforehand. Therefore, the owner of such paved area has a huge economic effect.

P.S. We also tested the nozzle on a "normal" slab-paving (with no grass-growth holes). With a custom hook we pulled out one platelet and used a hole for lifting the rest of pavement. Worked as well as on Eco-tiles.

In pictures below - examples of how the Eco-tiles looks

For motivation

  •      To buy a nozzle is cheaper (normal version 35 Eur and ultra-cheap version 22 Eur) than to rent a classic compactor machine for a day in a tool rental company (usually at least 35 Eur);
  •      it compresses the pour-mixed concrete as well as a typical flexible tube vibrator or other concrete compactor;
  •      it allows access to narrow areas (even 75 mm in pour-in forms);
  •      it is a multifunctional tool;
  •      it is also suitable for sealing crushed stone and gravel, and even for soil compacting in the garden.
  •      The nozzle has little sense on putting large-size sidewalk plates or other massive objects into place if they are too heavy.
  • The economic effect from slab-pavement levelling jobs are just huge

It is believed that craftsmen, builders and homeowners have already owned suitable perforator or vibro-drill / impact-drill machine. Nowadays it is difficult to manage any ownership without such.

Perforation machines what fit the nozzle

The nozzle is used in 10mm SDS + shank cartridge (Bosch patent) with unlocked rotation, except the larger version of instrument with SDS-max (18 mm). The actuating perforator itself can be made by any manufacturer, but the impact energy should ideally be within the 9-12 Joule range, and for heavy jobs even 50 Joules is not the limit. If the impact-drill has 6 Joules or less, it may work, but have to check frequently that the engine and gear unit do not overheat. If the energy is less than 3 Joules, the resource of the vibrating machine will be too small. If want to work solely with a small tool, it is your own risk and responsibility (but not impossible). Then rather ultra-cheap version of nozzle is recommended, as being more lightweight. We, as manufacturers of work tip, do not take any responsibility for the ability of the perforator or drill machine inability to carry our nozzle power. We have tested the 2 kW and 3 kW machines to work perfectly, while the 1 kW machines are moderately warm, and 380 W machines are rather too weak.

Unpacking and assembly

In order to minimize the size of the package, your purchase in a box is packed in disassembled form.
It has to be assembled by buyer himself and it is not complicated.

Assembly operations:
(See drawing below for mounting order marked with numbers)

  •     Place the four screws [1] on the table head down and put the large shovel [2] in four equal holes, with the folded edges up;
  •     then put a 10 mm thick "small" shovel [3] with a borehole down and a central bore up;
  •     then put a 12 mm thick rubber [4] damper on 4 screws. The bottom of the washer does not differ from the top. The washer is oil resistant;
  •     then insert the spherical head of the stem with the lubricant evenly into the centre of the rubber [5]. The lubricant is in a thick washer, in of its centre - just loll about in it, including the ball sides;
  •     then pull over the ball stem, the upper squeegee [6] (recognize by 2 mm thick) with the largest opening of the funnel hole downwards, what is sharp edges in the centre toward the top, so that the surface adheres to the ball;
  •     then a 0.8 mm thick galvanized cover [7] with the sharpened centre hole let sharps upwards;
  •     Tighten the nuts [8] and tighten gently. As a result, the ball must be slightly tense and change the angle with little force. Depending on the type of work planned, there may be cases where both a rigid and a loose spade are required, but free play is not acceptable and would lead to inefficient vibration; but excessive tension is also undesirable as it twists the metal parts. A bent  deformed upper packer can be glided with pliers (or hammer on the anvil) unless you are sure there is a need. Such DIY activity made with a brain will not lead to any warranty void. Approximately 4 to 5 mm naked thread will be unscrewed near the optimum tension of the nuts. The counter-bolting of the nuts in the vibration is provided by a plastics embedded in the nut, which must be facing upwards;
  •     Finally, a flip sealing rubber bellow [9] lightly stretched with fingers or a screwdriver is attached to the upper cap [8] and tightened with the attached plastic clip. Cut the excess clip tail with a knife or forceps to avoid getting stuck. The chemical composition of the bellows rubber is not plain oil-resistant but strongly cement-resistant (as hard alkaline). Therefore, the less oil into bellows inner surface will patched, the longer the gum will last.
  • Ultra-cheap version don’t contain the details No. 3, 4, 7, 9; instead of detail 2 stays identical non-zincked detail, but with round groove in centre. The detail 3 is absent as it`s aim is only cobblestone lifting and cheap version is not capable for such heavy job.  Instead of detail 4 stays foam-plastic short-pipe to save the ball against corrosive and abrasive environment; detail 9 is substituted with cheaper plastic washer. Buyers are often asking - do the fact that perfectly plane and glide surface of shovel here have a bump in centre may not disturb the whole job? No, because the tail part of shovel will glide the channel produced by this bump. So, cheap shovel is made solely for cementing-works and nothing else.
  • Expensive-one (professional) version is identical to normal version and only difference is the shank diameter.
  • Package emballage uses the soft plastics to save the parts against transport acceleration and vibration scratches. It are meant to utilize after box is opened.

The shank with the shovel is fastened to the perforator SDS + cartridge (a sign to recognize the correct cartridge size - internal diameter 10 mm). Do not use other types of cartridges. The professional version of SDS-max have 18 mm cartridge fastener.

  •      The fact that the shank assembly is not in the centre of the largest shovel is not a defect in production, but a necessary condition for it to be effectively controlled and self-moving. Usually the longest edge is driven forward and the shortest in tail.

Caution: Caution:

Before inserting a vibrating hammer into the drill (!! without inserted nozzle !!), let test that the drill rotation mode is disabled and cannot be self-switching. Block it (probably by tape) if there exist such risk. If the drill will turn-on our shovel, the risk of severe injury to the legs and hands is very high. The nozzle is made only for vibration, not for rotation.

The figure above shows the assembly sequence in growing numbers

Instructions for use

For the leveling / compaction of the freshly poured concrete, the perforator with the nozzle is inclined to the sliding surface by selecting an adequate transfer speed and trajectory. It is recommended that attempts be made with directional movements. Where necessary, choose an adequate (prolonged or reduced) tamping time until no longer see any air-bubble release. The longer a spot is treated, the deeper the vibrational field cone affects and compaction spreads. The speed of moving the shovel depends on the inclination of the shank to the surface. The slope to the surface should also be chosen so that the back-bone of the person is comfortable and does not require uncomfortable bending. For special order, modifications to the device for very tall and very small people may be considered, just write about it to us. In cases where work is prospected in very narrow areas, such as a narrow concrete mold, it is permissible to trim the large shovel of the nozzle by appropriate angle-grinder. It will not cease the overall warranty.

Large shovel [2] must be taken off for repair jobs on Eco-tiles of pavement. The remaining base [3] (thick plate) is a small spade. The remaining parts are assembled in the order indicated above, but the screws are tightened relatively tightly so that the small shovel is just about immobile. This small shovel is inserted into the hole in the concrete slab hole designed for grass grow through, then it is necessary to fill-in a small amount of filler - crushed stone, gravel, round stones etc., and vibrate-in that filling deeper into the ground. The land will give up, because the volume will not disappear, so the pavement will rise in a some area. If necessary, repeat the process. By carefully selecting the sites of impact, it is possible to correct almost any defects caused by bad paving, such as slope, waves, pits, rises, etc. In case the concrete hole is too small and the spade does not fit-in, we can make the required size tip according to the special order.

If the cobblestone is of ordinary design and does not have holes, then use a 1.5 to 2 mm thick metal sheet scrap-piece, what must be bent in a sharp straight angle on short side, then with an angle-grinder cut it to hold a foot long one part and a 2 to 3 mm long piece of folded part. Such a hook can be inserted into a cobblestone slit and with a 2-3 mm section pull out one selected submerged paving slab. Our nozzle then is to be applied and when ready, stone tile have to be placed back at it`s genuine place. If necessary, repeat the operation at another selected location or locations.

Two versions of tips ("normal" set and "low cost" set)

We produce a "normal" set that you just read about and "cheap" one. The cheap kit does not contain a 10 mm thick shovel and therefore the ball support is pressed into the large shovel, does not contain a bellows with its cap, the rubber seal is reduced, and the large shovel is not galvanized. Everything else is identical, but the bottom of the shovel is not smooth (the workpiece does not interfere with the glide accuracy in the concrete). As a result:

  •   It is not possible to use a cheap shovel for repairing an Eco-pavement;
  •     Cheap shovel will rust in a few days and will therefore require careful maintenance, including after thorough cleaning and lubrication. It is then likely that its lifetime will not be much less than the expensive one;
  •     Since the "cheap version" is almost 2 times cheaper, we thought there were buyers of quality and there were buyers who had a price most important (as for one-time jobs) . So take a version that is better suited for your purpose. If the relevant version is not available at a nearby store, please contact us directly (see section "Contacts"). Cellular phone +371-20042318 or write to janis_59@inbox.lv. May use a conversation at English, Russian, Polish, Latvian. Viber calls and MyApps calls are permanently "on" as well. If I am not answering fast, probably I am at meeting or driving, just repeat Your call after appropriate time.

Safety Rules

First command number 001 - Before attaching the nozzle to the drill (BEFORE !!), check that the drill rotation regime is securely unlocked. Turn on the drill without the nozzle (WITHOUT!!) and check that the cartridge does not rotate. Only then the nozzle may be inserted. If the showel accidentally starts to rotate, the consequences are unpredictable. The worst thing may happen is foot and hand injuries. Do not risk, it is plainly impossible to keep rotating unit is in the even very strong hands! We checked that, yet still alive!

The following are an order of magnitude less hazards:

Be careful - when working with vibration tools for a long time, use the anti-vibration gloves always, those recommended in your perforator manual and the recommended anti-noise ear-plugs. Hand-numbing is a sign that you have been injured by vibration in the early stage of the disease, and if you continue, the injury can become serious as well as irreversible. One-time tingling usually moves in a few days.

The illusion of permanent noise in the ears after ended work is a sign that you have injured hearing. Noise will pass, but the next time let use a better ear plugs, because repeating this "fun", the hearing will degrade and may not recover. Safety equipment and special protective clothing for any work in any trade is a condition for not being injured.

Do not forget that concrete splashes are a strong alkali and can cause chemical burns on the skin, which only becomes apparent the next day. At first there is a feeling that everything is fine, but the burn may manifest much later. If you have a hands smeared, wash enthusiastically and use a suitable hand cream. Neutralization of alkali in weak acids stays strongly discouraged as it harms even more.

If the concrete splashes into your eyes, rinse immediately, long, pouring a plenty of clean water. If your eyes continue be uncomfortable, turn to the doctor as soon as possible, as each hour of eye chemical burns is weighty. Use work gloves if necessary. However, usually splashes do not form or run away, and extremely rare upwards.

Observe electrical safety. Both outdoor work and the operation in a concrete puddle are considered a most electrocuting-risk places, so protect yourself better 10 times too much than 1% too insufficient. A network cable complete defect (probably microscopic punch) and/or slightly wet perforator is a potentially deadly combination, no matter whether one walks in the wet rubber boots or dry. We hardly as much we can recommend the extension cord ought be complected with the differential current fuse (differential automate), because any human life is worth those 20 Eur expenses for safety, even if perforator grounding loop is well made. May look into Depo chain-stores electric shelves, ask a consultant to show you a suitable differential anti-electrocuting fuse for your perforator. Other chain shops like ABB, SLO, LASD, Jauda, Lemona, Biltema, KRauta and many many more are not even the yotta less good. However, such a safety fuse does not necessarily mean that other electrical safety measures could be ignored. Place the work area so that the power cord comes from above rather than blinking into the puddle. Most of cord materials may have a multiple micro-cracks developing by the time of life, thus the capillary humidity may cause the shock or death.

Any piece of steel that has come under robust force conditions can become sharp, wrinkled, and cause severe cuts or stabbing in flesh. Observe reasonable caution and protective gloves if you suspect that the corners of the metal parts made by us are degraded. Ideally, round off the sharps with a suitable hand-tool or angle grinder to make it smooth. We will not consider such reasonable DIY as a breach of warranty terms.

Never, under any circumstances, do not drink alcohol before working with the nozzle  - because the cut leg or finger will never grow back . "Under the promils" no one has ever everywhere got any smart and intelligent result yet. Don't target the tool to yourself or toward your co-workers, even `by dumb joke`, because the energy of one vibration pulse is comparable to a shout-gun bullet.

We declare with rights of producer that any loss of health or injury is the responsibility of the worker himself, and we may not be required to pay any for the costs of medical treatment or disability in any way, so that the injury to the employee is to be blamed the suffered worker himself (sorry!). Don't take evil ... watch out for yourself! Think about each move and every action before, not after! Building works are not as safe as walking around the children playground.

Warranty

We guarantee for all kits the 2-year working capacity stipulated in EU regulations from the moment of purchase, provided that the "normal set" wear resistance provides at least a continuous work of 500 working hours as minimum minimorum, but hopefully 5000 hours, except the "cheap kit" where wear resistance ensures at least uninterrupted 200-500 work hours, observing all those recommendations on this website, including cleaning and greasing. The factual number of expected working hours for good care case may also be far higher, but we cannot guarantee anything we haven’t ever tested and cannot foresee how to test, an no client may proof how many hours he used.

Keep your business-card sized warranty card (stays placed in the box on the shank). If there is a shop stamp, or at least a purchase receipt, then the time runs from that date. If there is not even a receipt, time runs from the date of production stamp to the warranty card.

We have no difference if someone makes a warranty claim at the shop where he purchased the instrument or right at our place, unless you want to change or replace it. In case you want to get back the money, you only have to go to the store, because we can't revert the store interest part. We with whole hearth hope that the motivation for such a desire will not come-in to anyone and never.

P.S. We will be very pleased if you will be able to write us your feedback on personal experience with our product, albeit critical. We will definitely try to incorporate your wishes into future products, as long as it is realistic and feasible.

Even if Your warranty is ceased, don’t worry, because You may buy every detail separately at our shop. Thus the repair job cost small as we are not the Japanese vehicle where all details are wearing in the same time soon after a warranty ends. We tried to create the as much as possible long-lasting device.

The most worst what is possible to do for this instrument - to leave it after work to dry without of proper cleaning.  Then soon being in the alkaline environment the zincking will separate off and fast rusting begin. Our warranty is enforced only if the cleaning is adequate.

There is possible to punch-through the rubber gopher against something hard or sharp, and then the chemical and mechanical aggressive environment will come inside to ball. (P.S.) For cheap version there are no such gopher but foam-plastic washer instead. Thus the hermetism is less tight and everything depend on cleaning and greasing after job is done.

With very high force and lever it is possible to bend the rod. However this is not probable defect, it may be levelled back by appropriate lever or hammer on anvil. If such operation results with crack or desolder the ball, we may recommend to buy the spare rod with ball.

We noted that smaller 10 mm rod MAY desolder if work with high impact energy on hard heavy stones even in-spite we used the impact instrument specialized silver high temperature brass in mass production specialist facilities. If You have this defect, just send to us ball and rod , as it is not difficult to re-process it to cone method or welding by friction method we are applying after learned the brass is cracky.

Some very rare cases may happen that our sub-contractors wrongly cemented the very end of rod where the connector to perforator. Then the nightmare may happen if end is riveted so that is impossible to take off the machine. We shall exchange such rod without of question, but at first You must take it off, just use the same riveting moves with rather heavy tool. If be at us, we may help, but sending heavy perforator twice over the planet is too expensive.

Clapping with high energy toward the very hard and/or non-uniform surface (by hardness), the shovel may become wrinkled. Use a simple hammer and anvil to glide it back, and if operation is successful, just try to be more careful, as after some 5-10 such proves the cracks may open everywhere. Then You can order the new shovel as spare part. If the specifics of job demand specifically such hard work be done, may alter the shovel elasticity with screwing on the Bakelite-veneer or order at us the shovel with welded on honeycomb structures. However in such ultra-hard obstacles probably the professional street paving vibrational machine will be better solution for this job.

We are not providing ANY warranties about building object or building materials broken, as well the any perforator machine defects, even if it all are happened because of our work-tip used for wring job, in wrong way, at wrong place, with wrong methods, at wrong time (too small or too large) etc reasons - what all MUST be responsibility of master (specialist) using our instrument.

It is very simple to over-tighten the 4 screws keeping that assembly, if You broke the thread, please use the local screw shop instead of postal services what will cost hundred-fold more expensive. We don’t recommend to use any China soft screws as it must be made of moderately hard metal. However if those screws are tightened too weak, the excessive vibration may take a place thus the frictional wear may happen very soon.

To the Wholesalers

Our production capacity is flexible and at least 10K pieces per year we are able to produce without effort, and with the jumping over ourselves may be 100K; but now our current assets are fully depleted with the first 1000 pieces. Therefore, your ability to pay for the delivered batches in good time depends on how long the next batch will be delivered. We believe the consignation policy is the only one responsible for the disruption of production cycles and making unreasonable delays, so we are primarily working with those merchants who are not so woefully poor that unable to pay at least a part of due at the gates of the store. For consignment enthusiasts, the product will only be delivered if we count it useful. Phone for contacts with us is + 371-20042318, e-mail janis_59@inbox.lv. Use any language if written, use English, Russian, Polish, Latvian if vocal.

Certificates and Declarations

In consultation with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Agency, the EU law specialist in mechanical tools K.Luģis, phone +371-68806544, we learned that CE certificate for our nozzle is NOT required (i.e. the EU regulatory system does not prescribe it, read - it cannot be issued at all). Because the CE mark for "tool plus nozzle" comes from the tool rather than the nozzle.

We declare within the Manufacturer rights that our Nozzle meets the general mechanical safety requirements and the European Union Product Safety Regulations; it is well tested by our company for real construction work on many sites and for many weeks long, where obtained experience allows us to declare that the nozzle is a relatively small source of any risks of injury, with mandatory that the instructions given on this website are not violated. The product meets our internal production standard and each product is subject to outgoing control at the time of packaging. Additionally, every detail in the production process ensures the outgoing control of each production stage.

Summarily: The product is safe enough to comply with the safety and operational rules outlined above.

The product IS NOT SAFE in hands of child, using it as play-object.

We declare that the product is manufactured in Latvia, it non-Latvian components share is 0.60 Eur from Italy, 6 Eur from Germany, about 0.1 Eur from Finland and about 2 Eur from Ukraine. The rest of the cost comes from Latvia. The Professional model 35% of price is originated into Scotland (UK), and Italian and German parts are nil.

The compacting quality of the nozzle for poured concrete is tested at the Technical University of Riga, the Institute of Mechanics, Concrete Mechanics tests laboratory (lab.head Dr.Sc.Ing. A.Krasņikovs, phone +371-67089418), who has the appropriate certificate and accreditation, and informed us written that our nozzle is effective tool and makes quality job in application at concrete pouring jobs.

If interested, here are links to a scientific publication that reviews test methods and results obtained ....... (link will soon be posted as soon as published - we cannot jump over publication time to not loss any priority)

We by own have tested the capability to repair the tile-pavement in several objects. Such tests do not require accreditation because no one has used this method before on the Planet, so there are no existing standards for nondestructive repair of tiling. We managed to get a positive and lasting result in all cases. That is, when a new badly set cobblestone had sunk in the first year, after repair it stands already for several years nicely plane as we observed until now, and no longer sinks so easily as before.

The number of large professional house-keepers associations in Riga city had been extensively tested our nozzle for cold asphalt processing into cup-holes. They informed us that results are extraordinary stable and good.

Warning: If a building or other heavyweight objects are near Your cobblestones or there is unsafe foundation, we do not guarantee that the vibration field will not cause the cracks on the walls or even a collapse of building, especially if underground cavities have occurred beforehand - so be mindful. Although, we are 100% firmly convinced that if the building's foundations could be cracked, the very real problem is the suicidal performance of the building-works, not the vibration field created by our nozzle.

We are GS1 members (Riga filial Cesu street 31k3, phone +371-27334458), which allowed us to get the EAN13 bar-codes on the all three nozzles.

We received a number of Questions and may state the Answers publicly

Question "What is the working principle of this device?"

We are just about sure that cement-worker have no ANY straight benefit of knowing this answer, as the most important for him is to look for air bubbles, if bubbles still float, means nozzle must be kept still for longer time, but if air is not bubbling out, may sure hop to the next place. However we all have learned that "client have always right" - so here is explanation: Our nozzle are trying to shake-up the large portion of liquid under the shovel, thus the forced oscillations field is created. This attenuating vibrational field straight under the shovel what is rather fast decreasing toward aside, being not very far from mechanical resonance. At least we have optimized all moving parts to maximize the vibrational acceleration for most of real-life obstacles. Of course, the meters aside the field may not be sensed, but shovel size aside it is; yet toward a deep all depends on the time how long nozzle is kept over that position - therefore it allows to work even with very deep cement flood-in form.

Question "Why other producers are not producing such nozzle?".

Answer: because it is patented. And most of patents is a thingy what people may say, oh, it is so simple, I had very similar thought on the tip of my mouse, just I not vocalized it loud. The crucial words here was - NOT vocalized. But those who patented - those vocalized. So, if today Bosch for example have interest (yet too greedy for to be agreed), but we are walled by patent, thus some more years we have priority rights.

Received a question - "Cement vibrators are full the World, but this is so slowish".

For us seems very self-clear that to criticize without of even understanding the ropes is at least contra-productive.  First - our construction is not so slow at all. Garage-size area may be processed at 5 to10 minutes. Second - it is designed for household size or small factory size objects instead of giant football field processing. Third, the main thing in nozzle is the extremely high and flexible efficiency of air bubble extraction, thus the quality of ready made job and capability to catch every even smallest and narrowest corner. So, we not recommend to compare the mother with her daughter if each have own specific strong sides. But if any speaking about nowadays China Wonder - the pocket size vibrator on batteries, we have no doubt it is more worth than ours if the only need is to vibrate the finger-sized hole in home toilet floor. However for serious jobs there stays one giant stopper, namely "battery powered", as well the mini-size of work-head. Our thing is not like that.

We received the protest - "In order to insert data about your device in our shop computerized systems we all 3 clerks must work for three months each. We never will sell so much to pay that expenses back."

We have no comments on such statement indeed. For our narrow-minded understanding seems more than clear that all You must do it is to push few buttons to set our EAN bar-code in Your central computer and print over Your shelf price. If it really is not so, I am scared to be true, but Your store very fate seems will not be sweet in the economical plane soon. Just change it all cardinally or run away while escape is not banned.

Received a question "Your package cartons are not allowed to put in higher stack as 10 pieces over the first. Why You are not making cartons thicker?"

Answer: Boxes are optimized by price, let it be much cheaper that nozzle itself and be as much as possible ecology friendly. We are for green planet, green and end-user pocket friendly mind. We tried to use a thicker carton, but then the end price of purchase for each buyer would rise up for about 4 Eur. We see it being nasty waste. If any store have failed and boxes are self-opened, we may recommend to invite us (if near) to repair, or do repair Yourself (if stay far away), just apply the building-worker hot air pistol and broken sidewall will self heal again. There are more than enough hot-glue inside. Yet if the box will dis-aggregate already at buyer home, we shall never pretend to ask a money for surplus "opening service". The box with such have fulfilled it destiny.
By the way, we are meditating this moment probably to produce some smaller stocks already mounted and packed in transparent plastic film. Just tell what You think about such idea.

Question: "Why your device are not screwed together already at plant".

Answer - because disaggregated unit takes 1.5 litre volume but erected for work 30 litre, and we cannot to fool her majesty geometry.  Thus the shop then would be irritated that all shelf are up-taken, the chauffeur would be irritated that whole truck is up-taken, only the carton factory would be happy that we buy-up all carton what them produce. Seems unneeded to tell that all this would pay the buyer. However, if there is the any wish, just whistle and we shall make a pre-screwed batch specially for You, box-less. If You shall take it up at our gates Riga city, it will be zero-cost service.

Received very interesting question "Your product yet have so tiny energy for oscillations, how it may provide right compacting job?".

Answer: We would recommend to take the calculator at hands. Typical vibrator like plane plank with ex-centric motor having 25 Hz frequency (1500 rpm) at power of 250 W. Thus the hit energy is 250/25=10 Joules per hit (and still there stands the question do this motor power is 100% used). Our apparatus whole depends on perforator, may be 6...9...12 Joules, but may be 49 Joules as well. For our poor understanding 48 is more than 10 and even if so small as 6 it isn’t MUCH low in front of 10. Thus we suspect the question arose because of lack of calculus. Let compare against the gun bullet energy, badly famous Kalashnikoff have 0,5 multiply to 9 grams with 850 m/s squared, thus energy is 3250 Joules, but small "Kolibri" Austro-Hungarian hand-gun with 0,2 grams and 200 m/s the energy will be so small than 4 Joules.

Received a very important hearth-wounding question : "You are giving too hardly short warranted work-hours of this device. We need an apparatus what will clap day and night, years and years, and hopefully decades."

Answer: We are rather sure that Your dream apparatus You already have found. That is this apparatus. Our warranted work-hours DON’T mean that everything will collapse one hour after the warranty ends, like it happens in most of modern-day products (we are old-fashioned). Simply we have no any experience how much it MAY be. We may only announce that we used an uninterrupted regime 2 weeks long by 8 hours a day or 120 hours and NO ANY visible wear happened. Thus we multiplied this figure with most wonderful figure on World the (pi) and after approximation got the 500. So we may risk with own necks that this period will not kill the Bill. How we got the 5000 it was influenced by rather personal vehicle steer system where steer ball serves average 200 000 km before shift away. If guess the cup-hole count on average road is ca 1000 per km (at least it is so here at our roads) thus the full degradation occurs in the 200M-th movement. Our case 200M-th movement will occur at 200M/50/3600=1111-th hour. Okay, any imaginable stress in the vehicle is orders of magnitude higher than here, thus we may use those magical (pi) again, so guessing the 5000 hours. Anyway, we are impatient ourself to acknow some real life measured indications about the lifetime - as soon we shall have, the figures of warranty will be appreciated accordingly.
Ach ya, if the aim was to process something day and night without of rest (interesting BUT WHAT You are clapping there, okay, its not our business), then NOT all details will wear in the same speed (remember, we are old fashioned). So, if the shovel blamed, buy it separately, if ball wearied, may buy it separately etc etc. Then even the 50 000 or who knows the 500 000 work hours may become the goal (but we do not warranty nothing). However, speaking more philosophically, You have bought something for price of few kilograms of cheapest sausage but want if it work a very Sun`s life. That is not nice to us.

Observed with own eyes (22. Jul.2019. afternoon), driving over the fundamental repair jobs overwhelmed Deglava street bridge at Riga. Places where gaps between bridge beton panels after welding armature the narrow gaps was poured by cement and in 35 C straight Sun four impressive sized sweaty workers together clapped the gap cement-porridge with large torso-sized wooden timber. Logically that good half of air bubbles still dwells there inside; work was just shocking hard; and result was according how much pay in salary. Anyway, better to vibrate in this primitive manner than not like a soviet epoch - no at all. Seem the basic reason was that near staying benzine driven professional cement vibrator with standard 60x80 cm work-head was simply too wide to do the right job.  But our`s WOULD been just in the right time and place.
